The story

Hot Shot started with sprinklers 40+ years ago in Utah. One family, one truck, and a reputation for showing up when we said we would. Over four decades, we grew into the property services company we are today — sprinklers, landscape, fertilizing, mowing, snow, and full property management, all under one roof.

Hot Shot Property Team is the umbrella brand for our full-service property care. If you already know us for sprinklers, landscape, or fertilizing — this is where all of that comes together. If you need one vendor for your whole property, you’re in the right place.

We’re licensed, insured, background-checked, and Localscapes / Utah Water Savers approved. We’re also just people. If you call, you talk to a person. If we screw up, we own it and fix it. If we say we’ll be there Tuesday, we’re there Tuesday.

The team

Real people, uniformed crews, and technicians who take pride in the work. We’re a family business — Parker Fillmore runs day-to-day operations, and the crew is a mix of long-time Utah landscapers, certified sprinkler techs, and property management pros.
